All Mt View Foods products — including coffee, tea, and spices — are consumable goods and are final sale. We do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach us at info@mtviewfoods.com.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that window, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges on consumable goods. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we'll resolve it directly.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Contact us at info@mtviewfoods.com to initiate.

Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items. Once approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@mtviewfoods.com.
