Our Story

Welcome to Mt View Foods

This land has grown things for a long time. For nearly 50 years before our family arrived, it was a working berry farm — tended by hands that understood patience, seasons, and what it means to grow something worth keeping.

My parents put down roots here in 1977, in the shadow of Mt. St. Helens. My children are the third generation to call this place home. The fourth is already finding their footing.

On a summer morning, with Mt. St. Helens visible from the deck and fog still on the fields, the air smells like something you can't buy. It's the kind of place that makes you take things slowly, and mean them.

That's why Mt View Foods is intentionally small. A carefully chosen neighborhood of coffee, tea, and spice — selected the way this family has always selected things: quietly, without fanfare, because it earned its place.

Good coffee in the morning. A kettle on when the rain comes in. Something bold in the kitchen. Simple things, done well.
