How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $60.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

Coffee & Tea

What grind options are available?
We offer Whole Bean, Standard (everyday drip), Espresso, and Coarse. Select your preferred grind when adding to cart.

What sizes do you offer?
Our coffees are available in 12oz, 1 lb, 2 lb, 5 lb, and 12 lb. Teas come in 3oz loose leaf.

Is your coffee fresh roasted?
Yes — all Mt View Coffee Co. blends are roasted to order and shipped fresh from our Pacific Northwest roaster.

Bundles & Subscriptions

What's included in the Morning Mix Bundle?
The Morning Mix includes Battle Ground Blend (Cowboy) 12oz, Larch Mountain (Bali Blue) 12oz, and Battle Ground Breakfast Tea 3oz — a curated Pacific Northwest morning trio.

Can I subscribe and save?
Yes! We offer a Subscribe & Save program. Select the subscription option on any product page to set your delivery frequency and save on every order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
